DaneOmedia LLC (“DaneOmedia,” “I,” “me”) runs daneomedia.com. This policy explains how your information is handled when you visit the site, fill out a form, book a call, or get texts from me.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, brokerage, what you’re interested in, and a listing address if you give one. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you pick. Like most websites, this site and the tools it uses may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location through cookies.

How I use it

I use your information to respond to you, schedule shoots and calls, deliver your content, send appointment reminders and updates about your project, and improve the site. I don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give your phone number and agree to receive texts, you may get messages from DaneOmedia about your inquiry, appointments, and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees it

I use a few trusted service providers to run the business, including my CRM and form provider (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector), Calendly for scheduling, and my website host. They only process your information to provide their service to me. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The forms and tools on this site may use cookies to work properly and to understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as needed to work with you and handle normal business records, then delete it when it’s no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you at any time. California residents may have additional rights under California law. Just email me and I’ll take care of it.

Kids

This site is for business professionals and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here with a new effective date.
